§ 32.01 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The City Council shall have regular sessions on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., and, if the Monday shall fall on a legal holiday, shall have its regular sessions on the following Monday.
   (B)   All meetings shall be held in the City Hall, or a place as may be designated by the Council.
