§ 98.12 SUSPENSION OF RESIDENTIAL RENTAL LICENSE.
   Upon issuance of a permanent declaration of public health nuisance, any residential rental license issued by the city for the site, or any part thereof, is hereby declared to be immediately suspended pending full compliance with this chapter.
