When the clandestine drug lab site or chemical dump site is inside a vehicle, boat, trailer or other form of moveable personal property, law enforcement authorities shall immediately seize it and not allow it to be transported except to a more secure location. In these circumstances, all other requirements of this chapter shall be followed as closely as possible given the specific type of property in which the site is discovered.
