§ 90.11 IMPOUNDING DOGS.
   (A)   The police, or other duly appointed persons, may take and impound any dog which is not being kept, confined or restrained in a manner consistent with the requirements of this regulation.
   (B)   The police or persons may enter upon private premises where it appears that there is reasonable cause to believe that a dog is not being kept, confined or restrained as herein required.
