§ 90.05 TERM OF LICENSE.
   (A)   All dog licenses shall be issued for one year, beginning with the first day of June of each year.
   (B)   Application for license shall be made 30 days prior to the first day of January of each year.
   (C)   A permit must be obtained within 30 days for any dog brought into and kept in the city after January 1 of each year.
