7-110: RECORDS RETENTION AND STANDARDS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF FEDERAL GRANTS:
   A.   Financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other non-federal entity records pertinent to a Federal award must be retained for at least three (3) years from the date the final Federal Financial Report is submitted or longer if the award or entity is under audit or other circumstances necessitate longer retention of records. If the recipient does not submit a filed Federal Financial Report and the award is administratively closed, and the date of administration closeout is the start of the three-year period.
   B.   The City of Harrah shall comply with the uniform guidance procurement standards for the administration of all Federal grants. (Ord. 2020-05, 3-9-2020)
