18-113: DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:

The city manager or his/her designee is hereby appointed the floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (national flood insurance program regulations) pertaining to floodplain management. (Ord. 2002-08, 6-20-2002)
