A. Any person, firm or corporation, before engaging in the business of plumbing or being a plumbing contractor, journeyman plumber or apprentice, shall possess the required state license and pay to the clerk a registration fee as follows:
1. For plumber, twenty five dollars ($25.00) for initial licensing and twenty five dollars ($25.00) each year thereafter on renewal; and
2. For plumber's apprentice or assistant, five dollars ($5.00) for initial licensing and five dollars ($5.00) each year thereafter on renewal.
The city shall issue certificates for such registration which shall expire annually as specified in the certificate. (Ord. 1984-7, 2-16-1984)
