The owner, occupant, or person having control of any premises in the city of Harrah who fails to follow any of the provisions of this chapter or who attempts to remove any refuse, except as provided by this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense. For each twenty four (24) hour period following conviction, if such person further fails to comply with provisions of this chapter, he shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense. The fine for such offense shall be as provided in section 1-108 of this code and in the schedule of fines approved by the city council and maintained by the city clerk. (Ord. 2004-8, 8-5-2004)
