17-406: NONCOLLECTIBLE WASTE:

Noncollectible waste shall not be placed with refuse for collection but shall be disposed of directly and promptly by the person owning, occupying, renting or leasing the premises wherein such material is accumulated. (Ord. 2004-8, 8-5-2004)
