17-404: NOT TO BE NUISANCE, CONTAINERS:

All garbage and other refuse on all premises within the city shall be cared for in a manner which shall prevent it from becoming a nuisance. It is unlawful to dump trash or other refuse on any property in the city. (Prior Code, Sec. 9-2; amd. Ord. 2004-8, 8-5-2004)
