A. No plumbing work shall be undertaken within the city without prior issuance of a permit for the following jobs:
1. New construction.
2. Remodel.
3. Additions or alterations.
4. New water service.
5. New sewer service.
6. New gas service. (Ord. 1992-4, 4-2-1992)
B. Any private water or sewer lines that are stubbed out on the same side of the building or less than ten feet (10') apart and is repaired, replaced or otherwise modified, must be inspected by the city inspector prior to such private lines being backfilled. This section is applicable to any repair of a line connected to the city's utility system. (Ord. 1992-1, 1-16-1992)
C. A permit is not required for repair work on water, sewer or gas lines with the exception of subsection A of this section. (Ord. 1992-4, 4-2-1992)
