17-302: SEWER RATES:

The city council shall from time to time by ordinance or resolution set or amend the fees and charges for sewer use by customers of the city's sewer system. A copy of the current fees or charges shall be kept on file in the city clerk's office. (Prior Code, Sec. 18-36)
