4-160: DOG KENNELS, LICENSE REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate a kennel for the sale, exchange, breeding, boarding or raising of animals without first procuring from the city clerk an annual license to operate such kennel. (Prior Code, Sec. 3-30)
