4-131: AUTHORITY OF ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER:

The city manager may appoint a person to act in the capacity of animal control officer. Such officer, or any other officer designated by the administrator shall enforce this chapter and shall have authority to enter upon private premises for the purpose of carrying out provisions of this article. (Prior code § 3-25)
