14-107: UNLAWFUL TO PLAY ON SIDEWALKS AND IN STREETS:

It is unlawful for any person to play on sidewalks or upon the main traveled portion of streets and alleys, except as may be authorized by ordinance. (Prior Code, Sec. 19-8)
