Each owner of a property with an alarm system must designate at least one person who shall be responsible for responding when the alarm is activated. Within thirty (30) minutes of proper notification of an activated alarm, the owner's designated personnel shall arrive at the location of the activated alarm and render all necessary service and assistance to restore the alarm to normal service. It shall be considered an excessive false alarm if the owner's designated personnel cannot be notified using reasonable efforts or does not respond within thirty (30) minutes of being notified regardless of how many false alarms have previously occurred within any consecutive four (4) month period at the owner's property and the owner shall be charged a service fee accordingly.
