A certain document, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the "NFPA 101 Life Safety Code", latest edition, as published by the national fire protection association, is hereby adopted as the life safety code of the city. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the life safety code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
