4-112: KEEPING OF ASIAN POTBELLIED PIGS:
   A.   Asian potbellied pigs are permitted in residential zones within the city subject to the following restrictions:
      1.   Each animal kept in a residential zone must be a pet that is kept for personal enjoyment and not kept or raised for commercial purposes or human consumption.
      2.   Each potbellied pig must be registered or eligible to be registered through a bona fide registry, agency or firm recognized for this breed.
      3.   Each potbellied pig shall not exceed seventy five (75) pounds in weight and twenty inches (20") in height.
      4.   The total number of animals to be kept at a residence, including dogs, cats and potbellied pigs shall not exceed a total of four (4) animals. (Ord. 1992-2, 2-6-1992)
