It is unlawful for any owner, firm, person, operator, corporation, proprietor, or manager of any beer tavern, beer garden, beer hall, taproom or any other premises or place in which the principal business is that of selling low point beer for consumption on the premises to barter, sell, dispense or otherwise furnish low point beer for consumption on the premises of his place of business between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. on Monday through Saturday, or between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Sunday.
