3-121: BEVERAGE NOT TO BE TAKEN THROUGH PASSAGEWAY FOR SALE:

It is an offense for any person to take any alcoholic beverage through any passageway described in section 3-120 of this chapter for the purpose of selling or reselling such beverage, or for the purpose of delivery thereof in connection with a sale of such beverages. (Prior Code, Sec. 2-6)
