3-111: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

No person shall sell at retail or otherwise, and no person shall deliver, in consequence of or in completion of such a sale, any alcoholic beverages at any place in the city except at a retail alcoholic beverage store in strict conformity with this chapter and the laws of the state. (1986 Code)
