11-106: SELLING LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall set up any booth, table, stand or device for vending or retailing any candies, ice cream or other articles whatsoever, without first obtaining a license therefor from the city and complying with all applicable ordinances governing itinerant vendors and merchants. (1986 Code)
