11-105: LITTERING PROHIBITED:

No person shall deposit trash, stones, litter or rubbish of any kind into any lake, pond or stream, or upon any grounds, property or other place in the parks except into receptacles designated for that purpose. No person shall pollute or foul in any manner any pool, spring or drinking fountain in any park. (1986 Code)
