10-105: PENALTY NOT TO EXCUSE OFFENSE:

The imposition of one penalty for any offense shall not excuse it or permit it to continue, nor prevent the imposition of further penalties, should the offenses be continued or permitted to continue. (Prior code ch. 14, as amended)
