Application for a license under this chapter shall be made on the form provided by the city, copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, shall include the following information:
A. The full name and address of the applicant;
B. The location at which the proposed residential sale is to be held;
C. The day or dates upon which the sale shall be held; and
D. The serial or identification number of each article to be sold, on those items from which serial numbers can be obtained. (Ord. 2009-8, 9-10-2009)
