9-804: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It is unlawful for any person to hold, conduct, engage in, or participate in any manner in a residential sale, without having first obtained a license to do so under this chapter. A separate license shall be required for each location at which a residential sale is to be held. (Ord. 2009-8, 9-10-2009)
