9-802: NUMBER OF SALES ALLOWED:

It is unlawful for any person or organization to conduct more than four (4) sales during any calendar year, provided that no license shall be issued for any location at which four (4) sales have been held during the fiscal year. (Ord. 2009-8, 9-10-2009)
