For the purpose of the license issued under this chapter, the fee year shall begin on July 1 and end on June 30 and shall be divided into two (2) halves. The city shall, in each instance, issue licenses for the remainder of the fee year upon payment of the fee on the basis of the current and remaining half of such fee year. (Ord. 1989-8, 8-3-1989)
