9-703: FEES:
   A.   Every person who owns and has available to any of the public for operation, or who permits to be operated in or on his place of business, any coin-operated devices shall pay for such privilege an annual fee as follows:
      1.   For each coin-operated music device or coin-operated amusement device, thirty seven dollars fifty cents ($37.50). (Ord. 1989-8, 8-3-1989)
      2.   For each coin-operated vending device requiring a coin or thing of value of twenty five cents ($0.25) or more, twenty five dollars ($25.00).
      3.   Notwithstanding subsections A1 and A2 of this section, the fee for vending or coin-operated devices shall not, in any event, exceed seventy five percent (75%) of the fee imposed by the state where such a fee is imposed by state law. (Ord. 1989-8, 8-3-1989; amd. Ord. 1996-9, 6-6-1996)
