A license issued under this chapter shall expire on January 31 next following its issuance. An application for renewal need not be reprocessed, but shall be filed with the police department by January 31. Unless the application is received by January 15, the license shall be terminated, without further action on January 31. (Prior Code, Sec. 5-35)
