Any private security officer, while in the performance of his duties as a private officer, shall not be an agent, servant or employee of the city, and the city shall not be liable for his actions to third parties; nor shall the city be liable to the private officer for any compensation for his services; nor shall the city be liable for any injury or damage he might suffer.
