9-203: RULES AND REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CHAPTER:

The chief of police shall promulgate and publish, with the approval of the city board of trustees such additional rules and regulations as are consistent with this chapter and as may be necessary to its implementation. Copies of same shall be furnished applicants and licensees under this chapter upon request. (Prior Code, Sec. 5-13)
