A. No license shall be issued under this chapter to any person under the age of sixteen (16) years.
B. No licensee under this chapter shall employ, apprentice, engage, or suffer, cause or allow any minor under the age of sixteen (16) years to be employed, apprenticed or engaged, either as a huckster, peddler, hawker, helper or solicitor in connection with the business licensed under this chapter.
