Any person, firm or corporation or other legal entity which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be deemed guilty of an offense punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code. Each act in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense. Each day's continued violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense and may be chargeable as such. (Ord. 94, 10-7-1982)
