A. The persons to whom the notices prescribed in section 8-306 of this chapter are directed, or their duly authorized agents, may file a written request for hearing before the abandoned vehicle commission of the city within the ten (10) day period of compliance prescribed in section 8-306 of this chapter for the purpose of defending the charges by the city.
1. The commission shall be comprised of the city manager or his designee, the chief of police or his designee and the code enforcement officer or his designee.
