7-604: EXEMPTIONS; ACKNOWLEDGEMENT REQUIRED; RECORDS REQUIRED:

The exemptions from state sales tax enumerated in 68 Oklahoma Statutes sections 1350 et seq. “Sales Tax Code” are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. To the extent that any conflicts in connection with permitted exemptions should arise under this section and the Sales Tax Code, the Sales Tax Code shall prevail.
