7-101: DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED; FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED :

Funds of the city shall be deposited as required by law. The city treasurer shall deposit daily all public funds received by him into designated banks or savings and loan associations. (Prior Code, Sec. 7-6)
