6-212: PAYMENT OF CERTAIN FINES BY MAIL PERMITTED:

Any person charged with a parking, standing or a nonmoving offense may mail or deliver the amount of the fine and costs, together with a signed plea of guilty and a waiver of trial, to the violations bureau. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-56)
