6-205: PRESENCE OF DEFENDANT NOT REQUIRED:

The defendant shall not be required to be present in court in cases involving parking, standing or nonmoving offenses, or where bond has been posted and in which a plea of guilty has been accepted by the violations bureau. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-49)
