6-202: DEFINITIONS:

For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:

NONMOVING TRAFFIC OFFENSE: Any parking or standing of vehicles in violation of an ordinance while the vehicle is not in operation.

TRAFFIC OFFENSE: Any violation of the city traffic code relating to the operation or use of motor vehicles, or ordinances relating to the use of streets and highways by pedestrians or by the operation of any other vehicle. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-46)
