There is hereby established a Development Impact Fee. The Development Impact Fee will be levied on all building permits associated with the construction of new buildings, excluding public education buildings. The amount of the fee shall be set by the City Council in the City Fee Schedule. The fee shall be deposited in the City Street and Alley Fund. (Ord. 2022-17, 6-2-2022)
