A 911 service fee will be added to the regular monthly bill for each exchange access facility subscribed to by telephone subscribers whose exchange access lines are in the area served or will be served by the 911 service. Beginning July 1, 2002, the service provider shall bill subscribers a 911 service charge of $1.50 monthly.
