§ 130.08 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM. A handgun, shotgun, rifle, cannon, or any device which is capable of expelling a projectile using an explosive charge as a propellant.
