§ 111.08 GENERAL AIRPORT INFORMATION.

The Airport is owned by the county and is operated by the Airport Manager and persons under his or her supervision. The county sets all general Airport policy; the Airport Manager implements the general Airport policies set by the county. The Board of Commissioners is the ruling body of the county.
