§ 110.09 NOTICES.

All notices from the grantee to the county pursuant to this subchapter and franchise shall be to the County Manager or his or her designee. The grantee shall maintain with the county throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail, which address shall be noted in the franchise agreement.
