§ 110.06 GRANT OF FRANCHISE.

Upon review of the application and consideration of any other information or factors it deems relevant, the Board of Commissioners may issue a franchise in its discretion, and may include reasonable requirements, restrictions, or provisions it deems advisable and in the public interest.
