§ 110.01 SANITARY LANDFILLS FRANCHISE REQUIRED.
   No sanitary landfill, as defined in both G.S. Chapter 130A, Article 9, and 15A NCAC, Chapter 13B shall be operated within the county without a franchise granted pursuant to this subchapter.
