§ 92.02 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect, preserve, and promote the health, safety, welfare, comfort, and prosperity of the citizens of the county through regulation of the production and emission of noises or amplified speech, music, or other sounds that tend to annoy, disturb, or frighten the county residents.
