§ 91.34 CONFLICT WITH STATE OR FEDERAL LAW.

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to conflict with state or federal laws requiring persons responsible for or causing a release or threatened release from engaging in remediation activities or paying the cost thereof, or both.
